Qualifications :
Point Plus :
- Strong PHP skills: Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in PHP, including experience with object-oriented programming.
- Expertise in WordPress: In-depth knowledge of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and REST APIs. Ability to create custom WordPress solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Hooks (Action/Filter), CPT (Custom Post Type), and Custom Field.
- Design patterns: Familiarity with common design patterns, such as MVC, Singleton Pattern, and experience implementing them in a WordPress context.
- Front-end development: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks, such as jQuery, and ability to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Database management: Knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and manage data efficiently.
- Server administration: Experience managing and configuring web servers, such as Apache and Nginx, and familiarity with cloud hosting platforms.
- Git and version control: Proficiency in Git and version control best practices, including the ability to manage and collaborate on code repositories.
- Debugging and troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Agile methodology: Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment, including experience with project management tools, such as YouTrack, Jira or Asana.
- Communication and teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and other developers.
Point Plus :
- Ability to work with CSS pre-processors (e.g. Sass, Less)
- Ability to work with CSS Framework such as Bootstrap or TailwindCSS
- Ability to implement and configure e-commerce solutions (e.g. WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of WordPress multisite
