Job Descriptions:

- Excellent in end-to-end recruitment process
- Drafting and review of the Cooperation Agreement
- Create employee contracts
- Making SOPs and Company rules
- Job evaluation and employee performance evaluation (KPI creation)
- Execute payroll and understand salary calculations, including Pph 21 and expense taxes
- Registering BPJS Health Employees
- Ensuring the Company runs in accordance with applicable regulations and laws

Requirements:

- Last Education Bachelor of Law/Psychology/HR Management/or other relevant major
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Understanding the Manpower Act or the Job Creation Act
- Understanding OSS management
- Understand the preparation of SOP
- Can negotiate and communicate well
- Fast learner
