Roles & Responsibilities 
A Senior Designer is responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics, reviewing junior designers’ work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. They have expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution. 
  
What Will You Do at Snap Innovations? 

• Create new and original designs, including content, illustrations, and infographics, from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image. 
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. 
• Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results. 
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing. 
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services. 
• Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations. 
• Ensure that the company's brand identity is consistent and visually appealing across all marketing materials and communications. 
• Facilitate product campaigns and marketing via emails, microsites, and other landing pages to boost client to customer interactions. 
• Liaise with other design and marketing team members to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery. 
• Create eye-catching visuals for social networking networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, but not only those. 
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and tools. 
• Increase user friendliness in digital products. 

  
Our Ideal Candidates Would Have  

• 5+ years professional experiences with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc. 
• Proven experiences with graphic design with a strong portfolio of work. 
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, including ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts. 
• Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media, design principles, typography, colour theory, illustration, and layout composition. 
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems innovatively, as well as the ability to work under pressure. 
• Experience in design social media / video editing / motion graphics / photography. 
• Excellent time management skills, communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency. 
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus. 
• Experience 3D is a plus.
