- Prior work as a Restaurant Manager minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Minimum diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Monitor and coordinate the entire operation of the whole restaurant.
- Ensure the restaurant operate efficiently and profitably.
- Responsible for the business performance, maintain high standards of food and service.
- Making improvements to the running of business and developing the restaurant.
- Handling customer inquiries and solving problems.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
