We are a Digital Solution Agency specialized in web and mobile application development looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us reach our goals.
What You Will Do

Lead UI/UX Designer team
-
Give art or design directions to UI/UX Designer team
-
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
-
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
-
Design graphic user interface elements for website and mobile app, like menus, tabs and widgets
-
Evaluate, identify, and revise existing website or mobile app UX design
-
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
-
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
-
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
-
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
-
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and image
Requirements
-
1 - 3 years professional work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
-
Portfolio of web and mobile app design projects
-
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision)
-
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
-
Good spoken and written English is a preferable
-
Willing to work in Semarang
Nice to have:

Have a good understanding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-
Experience building a website with WordPress theme, page builder, and plugins
-
Proficiency in building e-Commerce site using with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
-
Experience with other common CMS such as Webflow
