Job Description:
  • Support talent acquisition for any specific mass hiring projects
  • Assist the pre-employment process
  • Routinely update & manage talent acquisition database to prepare talent pipeline
  • Routinely conduct talent market mapping for any specific requirement
  • Support for employer branding activities
Role Requirements:
  • Education - min bachelor degree majoring in Psychology, Business administrators, Human resources Management or related major
  • 1-3 years experience in related field
  • Familiar with Microsoft excel functions & formulas and Mr. Power Point, will be an advantage
  • Good English skills both passive & active
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Update to current employer branding trends will be an advantage
  • Tech savvy
  • Having interest data analytics
  • Detail oriented. responsive, initiative
