Deskripsi Lowongan
- Responsible for all aspects of business accounting functions general accounting procedures including budgeting, monthly closing, AR, AP, Cash Flow, taxation, COGS.
- Manage the company closing accounting entries, provide preliminary reviews and make appropriate adjustments to the company's financial statements to ensure that they are accurate, reliable and in compliance with accounting policies
- Resolve errors financial statements and correct incorrect reporting methods
- Review system report for accuracy and trace errors carefully
- Monitor stock transactions in terms of stock receipt, stock adjust, stock level, physical count and related inventory account
- Monitor capital expenditure and maintain fix assets register book
- Ensure internal controls are adequate to safeguard company assets and integrity of financial records
- Reviews the work complete by finance, bank reconciles, and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accurate financial transaction
- Responsible for all aspects of business accounting functions
- Coordinator of all finance & accounting activities with internal and external parties in order to provide the highest level of support to all parties concerned
Qualification:
- Age between Max 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting
- Possess Tax Brevet A & B Certificate
- Min. of 3 years of Accounting Experience, preferably in a distribution of trade multinational corporation
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good software skills (Ms. Office, Express
- Software)
- Excellent analytical skills, strong team also good interpersonal skills
