What you'll do:
What you'll need:
- 1 year of experience as DevOps or similar role
- Experience designing, operating, and maintaining production-grade applications in distributed containerized environtments
- Experience working on cloud platforms (e.g. Alibaba Cloud, GCP, AWS, etc). AWS is highly preferred
- Experience architecting, developing, and trobleshooting distributed systems
- Experience programming in JavaScript (NodeJS) is a plus but not required
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent technical problem solving and trobleshooting skills
- Experience with Unix/Linux system administration & networking
- Experience with cloud networking (e.g VPC, Load Balancers, DNS, network connectivity & peering, etc.)
- Experience with orchestration and CI/CD (e.g AWS ECS, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI)
- Experience with monitoring and observability technologies (e.g. Elasticsearch, Kibana, etc.)
- Experience with container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernates, etc)
- Experience with open-source server and middleware technologies (e.g. NGINX, etc.)
- Experience with database technologies (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, etc)
- Experience with web and cloud security (e.g. SSL/TLS, etc.)
